Platform Tools Overview

The 4C:me Safe AI Platform is a modern web application built to provide secure, scalable AI tools for enterprise use.

Technology Stack​

The platform is built as a single-page application (SPA) with the following key technologies:

  • Frontend — React-based SPA with responsive design
  • Authentication — Microsoft MSAL (Microsoft Authentication Library) with Azure AD integration
  • Backend — API-driven architecture with Azure services
  • AI Models — Integration with multiple large language models via Azure OpenAI
  • Storage — Azure Key Vault for secrets management, Azure Blob Storage for files

Supported AI Models​

The platform provides access to several cutting-edge AI models through Azure OpenAI. Available models are regularly updated as new capabilities become available. You can switch between models using the model selector in the chat interface.

The platform remembers your last-used model and agent per conversation, so you can pick up where you left off.

Integration Points​

Microsoft 365​

  • SharePoint — Agent templates can link to SharePoint documents for download
  • Office Templates — Support for .dotx, .xltx, and .potx template files
  • Viva Connections — Document library indexing support

MCP (Model Context Protocol)​

The platform supports MCP integration, enabling:

  • Tool call indicators in chat
  • Extended context from external data sources
  • Improved response streaming with MCP-enabled conversations

External Services​

  • Mermaid — External Mermaid editor integration for diagram creation
  • Sentry — Error monitoring and performance tracking

Deployment​

The platform is deployed on Azure infrastructure within the EU region, ensuring:

  • GDPR compliance — All data processing stays within EU boundaries
  • High availability — Azure-managed infrastructure
  • Scalability — Elastic scaling based on demand
